Pertanyaan tersebut Megelitik Juga menjadi menantang Buat ku jawab. Pertama, kenapa pertanyaan ini datang dari mahasiswa semester 2, dan selanjutnya kenapa harus saya yang menjawab. Padahal ada beberapa mahasiswa di tingkat atasnya yang memiliki predikat Cumlaude yang mungkin berpotensi menjawab pertanyaan tersebut (tapi mungkin secara teoritis bukan secara Rusliisme),&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;Oke Back To topic..&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;"&lt;i&gt;mas gimana sih cara bertahan di Jurusan Fisika Fakultas MIPA Unej&lt;/i&gt;?"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;Cara Bertahan Yang saya lakukan agar bertahan ada&amp;nbsp; cara teoritis dan cara praktiknya&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;Ketahui status, artinya setiap mahasiswa harus mengerti siapakah dirinya dan apakah statusnya. Karena hal inilah yang membedakan antara pendidikan Sekolah dengan Pengajaran Perguruan Tinggi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;Cintai Kampus, &lt;strike&gt;Jangan Cintai Orangnya&amp;nbsp; &lt;/strike&gt;maksudnya adalah dengan mencintai lingkungan kampus, seberapun jahat dan ketatnya persaingan tidak akan menjadi beban dalam dunia perkuliahan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;Bertanggung Jawab, Kaidah ini sebenarnya teori umum dalam kehidupan dimana Semua orang pasti tahu dan mengerti beberapa pribahasa, kucing dipegang ekor, manusia dipegang kata-katanya (maksudnya Tanggung JAWAB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;Jujur, aspek mencintai kampus akan membuat orang menjadi survive/ bertahan namun yang paling penting dalam benteng Bertahan adalah Jujur, setidaknya Jujur terhadap Diri sendiri.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;Berkarya, INILAH teori yang mendasari bahwa saya sangat senang di dunia perkuliahan dan Kampus karena tidak ada batasan kreasi serta karya yang menjadikan tolak ukur seorang mahasiswa, berdemo adalah karya dan kreasi jiwa dalam menyuarakan pendapat, namun tidak berdemo dan membuat karya jika expresi jiwa bahwa karya bisa di demonstrasi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Untuk mempraktikkanya sebenarnya tergantung dari pembaca budiman. kenapa?? karena Bentuk praktik adalah bentuk expresi kreasi jiwa yang tidak mungkin saya representasikan dengan keadaan yang saya alami di Perkuliahan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;Namun Saran praktikum kehidupan kampus saya adalah, berjuanglah karena menurut EINSTEIN 1% bakat dan 99% adalah kerja Keras. This is because more&amp;nbsp;than 90% of protons in the body are located in water molecules, and theMRI signal is therefore dominated by water.&amp;nbsp;When we perform NMR spectroscopy, we put our sample (in this case, water) in a tube and place it inside a magnet.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;We then&amp;nbsp;input energy into the sample (a process called excitation) and observe the signal emitting from the sample. This is similar to&amp;nbsp;ringing a bell and listening to the sound. There are only three types of information in the signal: frequency (i.e., high or low&amp;nbsp;pitch), intensity (i.e., loudness), and phase. To visualize this information, we use a waveform diagram&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;These waves are often called time-domain data because the horizontal axis is the time elapsed while we are listening to&amp;nbsp;the signal. Thus, after binding of SV40 virus to the cell surface via the MHC class I molecule, the virus particles move laterally in the plasma membrane to end up in caveolae. Although these caveolae are initially immobile, the virus initiates a complex signaling cascade leading to a profound disorganization of the cortical actin cytoskeleton and a transient recruitment of the GTP-binding protein dynamin known to be involved in membrane fission (see Section 4.8). Importantly, without SV40-stimulation, less than 10% of the caveolae were associated with dynamin.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;These changes, in turn, resulted in a wave of incoming caveolar vesicles containing virus where reorganized actin filaments formed “tails” necessary for internalization of the SV40-containing caveolae [53]. Subsequently, the virus was delivered&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;to caveosomes (see Section 4.7) and transported further downstream to the endoplasmic reticulum (ER). However, a delay of several hours then occurs before caveolin returns from the caveosomes to the plasma membrane in vesicles now devoid of virus particles [52].&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;It is interesting to note that antibody-induced crosslinking of MHC class I moleules (the SV40 receptor) results in an accumulation of MHC class I clusters in small uncoated surface invaginations” identical to caveolae, as reported 25 years go by Huet and coworkers. No clusters were found in clathrincoated pits. From he caveolae-like invaginations the clusters were apparently internalized and delivred to lysosomes [55]. They are either monolayers or bilayers. Monolayers are either assembled at an air-water interface with the packing density of the lipids being adjusted by applying lateral pressure, or on a supporting lipid monolayer that is fixed to a solid support. Bilayers are used in the supported version as described above, or in the form of vesicles. The most commonly used vesicles are large or giant unilamellar vesicles (LUV or GUV, respectively) composed of only a single bilayer, but also multilamellar vesicles (MLV) are used. The basic principles were first established in simple binary lipid mixtures, but recently&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;ternary mixtures which more closely mimic the composition of the cell plasma membrane have been used. The mixtures usually contain one lipid with a high melting temperature (Tm), one with a low Tm, and cholesterol. GUVs are probably the system closest to a cell membrane, because artifacts from a support are excluded. Still, cell membranes are asymmetric with different lipid compositions of the outer versus the inner leaflet, while the GUVs used so far were all symmetric.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Since maintaining an asymmetric lipid distribution is energy-consuming, perhaps by reconstituting lipid translocators into liposomes this drawback can be overcome in the future. Although model membrane systems produce very simplified pictures of cell membranes, there are many examples of a close correlation with experimental data obtained in living cells [14]. Ipsen et al. were the first to describe the formation of a liquid-ordered phase by cholesterol and saturated phospholipids [15,16]. This phase can coexist with other lipid phases, and its characteristics are described as follows: the translational order of lipid molecules within the liquid-ordered phase is similar to that in a fluid bilayer state, whereas the configurational order of the hydrocarbon chains compares more to that in a gel state. The formation of the liquid-ordered phase was attributed to the unique chemical nature of cholesterol (for a review, see [17]), but later it was shown that all natural sterols promote domain formation and that also&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;small amounts of ceramide (3%) can stabilize domains formed in vesicles [18]. Leventis and Silvius showed that the interaction of cholesterol with different lipid species is dependent on the nature of their hydrocarbon chains and, to a lesser extent, also on their headgroup. The interaction preference decreases with SM &gt; PS &gt; PC &gt; PE and with increasing unsaturation of the acyl chains [19]. Selain cadangan energi konvensional dengan bahan sumber energi fosil di Indonesia yang sudah semakin menipis, tingginya harga minyak dunia menyebabkan pasokan listrik dari PLN menjadi berkurang. Dampaknya adalah kelangkaan energi BBM dan naiknya harga kebutuhan konsumsi, serta makin rendahnya akses masyarakat terhadap energi. Kelangkaan energi listrik ini mengakibatkan adanya kebijakan pemadaman bergilir, serta perubahan jadwal kerja industri yang menuai banyak kontroversi. Padahal pemadaman listrik di Jakarta akibat pemadaman kawasan Jakarta berpotensi menimbulkan kerugian sebesar Rp. 1 triliun dan 500 industri besar terganggu (Kompas, 13 Oktober 2009).&lt;br /&gt;  Industri pertambakan dan perikanan air payau juga mengalami kerugian. Kerugian ini dapat ditinjau dari 2 sisi dimana jika pertambakan tersebut menggunakan energi listrik untuk memompa air maka pemadaman listrik akan menjadi ancaman. Embryology may be studied from two aspects: (1) that of ontogeny, which deals only with the development of the individual; and (2) that of phylogeny, which concerns itself with the evolutionary history of the animal kingdom.       1&lt;br /&gt;  In vertebrate animals the development of a new being can only take place when a female germ cell or ovum has been fertilized by a male germ cell or spermatozoön. The ovum is a nucleated cell, and all the complicated changes by which the various tissues and organs of the body are formed from it, after it has been fertilized, are the result of two general processes, viz., segmentation and differentiation of cells. Thus, the fertilized ovum undergoes repeated segmentation into a number of cells which at first closely resemble one another, but are, sooner or later, differentiated into two groups: (1) somatic cells, the function of which is to build up the various tissues of the body; and (2) germinal cells, which become imbedded in the sexual glands—the ovaries in the female and the testes in the male—and are destined for the perpetuation of the species.       2&lt;br /&gt;  Having regard to the main purpose of this work, it is impossible, in the space available in this section, to describe fully, or illustrate adequately, all the phenomena which occur in the different stages of the development of the human body. At this level, the CFV is distinct from the GSV,which separates to take a more superficial andmedial course as it moves distally. The common femoral artery (CFA) at this level has not yet bifurcated.Here the CFV has bifurcated into the superficial femoral vein (SFV) and deep femoral vein (not visualized at this level). The CFA has now bifurcated into the super- ficial femoral artery (SFA) and deep femoral artery (DFA).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In general, the PV is superficial to the PA. There is occasional anatomic variability so that the artery is more anterior to the vein. This can be distinguished by using adjunctive methods such as spectral and color Doppler and compression. Technique Probe Selection For the evaluation of DVT, a high-frequency linear array probe is best. In larger patients or in patients with lower extremity edema, lower-frequency probes allow for better penetration of the sound beams; however, the image can usually be obtained with the high-frequency linear probe (5–10 MHz).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Views&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;At least two views are necessary:&lt;br /&gt;1. Common femoral vein demonstrating compression of vessel – this usually&lt;br /&gt;involves visualizing both the common femoral and greater saphenous&lt;br /&gt;veins as seen in Figure 8.4. Some authors have argued that it is prudent&lt;br /&gt;to compress both the common femoral and greater saphenous veins&lt;br /&gt;and then to slide distal to the femoral triangle to compress the superficial&lt;br /&gt;femoral vein as well, but this is not universally accepted.&lt;br /&gt;2. Popliteal vein demonstrating compression of vessel&lt;br /&gt;The simplified compression technique is performed by using the highfrequency&lt;br /&gt;linear probe and identifying the common femoral and popliteal&lt;br /&gt;veins. In Figures , probe positioning for femoral vein and popliteal&lt;br /&gt;vein visualization is demonstrated. The probe marker should be directed&lt;br /&gt;toward the patient’s right side.&lt;br /&gt;If the veins are collapsible to a thin line with external pressure applied (Figure&lt;br /&gt;8.9), the vein is presumed to be patent and there is no clot present. If the&lt;br /&gt;vein does not collapse with external pressure, there is presumed to be clot&lt;br /&gt;within the lumen of the vessel preventing complete collapse.&lt;br /&gt;There are a few structures that can be mistaken for a noncompressible vessel&lt;br /&gt;and that are worth mentioning. Lymph nodes can look like clot within a&lt;br /&gt;hypoechoic vessel because they have a ring of hypoechoic fluid surrounding&lt;br /&gt;the node. However, they are easy to distinguish because if the probe is turned&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;longitudinally, it will become obvious that the object is circular and not tubular.&lt;br /&gt;Baker’s cysts can cause the same phenomenon in the popliteal fossa but&lt;br /&gt;again dynamic scanning in longitudinal and transverse planes should remove&lt;br /&gt;any doubt. Pseudoaneurysms and groin hematomas can also be misleading,&lt;br /&gt;and caution should be exercised in clinical situations where these diagnoses&lt;br /&gt;are being considered. This is where color Doppler can often be helpful&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Scanning Tips&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Proper patient positioning can greatly improve image quality.Have the patient externally rotate his or her leg to better visualize thecommon femoral vein.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;For the popliteal vein, have the patient hang his or her leg over the edge of the bed to distend the vessels, or perform the scan with the patient in a prone position.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Be sure the veins fully compress. A normal vein will completely disappear when compressed enough; if the walls do not touch, consider DVT.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Make sure you are applying pressure evenly. The probe should be perpendicular to the skin. There are approximately 250,000 new diagnoses of DVT per year and 50,000 deaths from thromboembolic disease annually (1,2). The estimated rate of propagation from DVT to pulmonary embolism ranges from 10% to 50% (1,2). Because the incidence of DVT is so high and because this disease is so prevalent in critical and acute care settings, the ability to rule in or rule out DVT at the bedside is a particularly powerful tool. The simplified compression technique described in this chapter evaluates for DVT at two anatomic sites of the lower extremity venous system. This protocol has been evaluated in multiple randomized controlled studies and has become a well-accepted protocol used for decision making in conjunction with clinical pre-test probability assessments (3–12)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Focused Questions for DVT Ultrasound&lt;br /&gt;The questions for DVT ultrasound are as follows:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol style="color: rgb(255, 102, 102);"&gt;&lt;li&gt;Does the common femoral vein fully compress?&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Does the popliteal vein fully compress?&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anatomy&lt;br /&gt;The anatomy of the lower extremity should be reviewed so the DVT compression ultrasound exam can be done properly. The ileac vein becomes the common femoral vein (CFV) as it leaves the pelvis. The most proximal tributary of the CFV is the greater saphenous vein (GSV) (Figure A). The common femoral then splits into the superficial and deep femoral in the proximal thigh – both of these vessels are part of the deep venous system despite their names. At the knee, the superficial femoral becomes the popliteal vein running in the posterior fossa of the knee joint and is joined by its tributaries, the tibial vein and peroneal vein . It is not surprising that clots, as shown by venography studies, seem to cluster at the branch points of the venous system. One common explanation is that the increased turbulent flow at these branch points produces increased wear and tear on the vessel walls, thus making these areas predisposed to clot formation. Data from these venography studies support the use of the simplified compression&lt;br /&gt;technique because identification of clot in the popliteal vein or CFVshould identify any DVTs  dentified by venography ; there were no cases in these initial studies where a DVT did not involve the popliteal vein, CFV, or both.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Proximal venous system. Then, since the chance of a single scattering interaction that will remove a photon from the incident beam depends on N (the incident photon fluence) and the properties of the attenuator (its linear attenuation coefficient), the equation for the number of photons removed (N- n) can be written as&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;AN = ~ AxN,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;where AN is the number of transmitted photons scattered and /x is a constant of proportionality. In other words, the number of photons removed (usually expressed as a fraction of the incident fluence AN~N)depends upon the thickness of the absorber and a constant of proportionality, /z, which is determined by the properties of the homogeneous absorber and which will be different for different radiations and different materials. Efek Hall dapat digunekan untuk mengukur kecepatan alir pembawa muatanjika medan magnet Eksternal B diketahui.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Prinsip Dasar KWH meter&lt;br /&gt;KWH meter yang digunakan dalam mengukur daya pada instalasi listrik, memanfaatkan prinsip dasar medan magnet dan medan listrik. Istilah protoplasma pertama kali dipakai oleh Johannes Purkinje; menurut Johannes Purkinje protoplasma dibagi menjadi dua bagian yaitu Sitoplasma dan Nukleoplasma Robert Brown mengemukakan bahwa Nukleus (inti sel) adalah bagian yang memegang peranan penting dalam sel,Rudolf Virchow mengemukakan sel itu berasal dari sel (Omnis Cellula E Cellula).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;Secara anatomis sel dibagi menjadi 3 bagian, yaitu:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;1. Selaput Plasma (Membran Plasma atau Plasmalemma).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;2. Sitoplasma dan Organel Sel.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;3. Inti Sel (Nukleus).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;1. Selaput Plasma (Plasmalemma)&lt;br /&gt;Yaitu selaput atau membran sel yang terletak paling luar yang tersusun dari senyawa kimia Lipoprotein (gabungan dari senyawa lemak atau Lipid dan senyawa Protein).&lt;br /&gt;Lipoprotein ini tersusun atas 3 lapisan yang jika ditinjau dari luar ke dalam urutannya adalah:&lt;br /&gt;Protein - Lipid - Protein  Trilaminer Layer&lt;br /&gt;Lemak bersifat Hidrofebik (tidak larut dalam air) sedangkan protein bersifat Hidrofilik (larut dalam air); oleh karena itu selaput plasma bersifat Selektif Permeabel atau Semi Permeabel (teori dari Overton).&lt;br /&gt;Selektif permeabel berarti hanya dapat memasukkan /di lewati molekul tertentu saja.&lt;br /&gt;Fungsi dari selaput plasma ini adalah menyelenggarakan Transportasi zat dari sel yang satu ke sel yang lain.&lt;br /&gt;Khusus pada sel tumbahan, selain mempunyai selaput plasma masih ada satu struktur lagi yang letaknya di luar selaput plasma yang disebut Dinding Sel (Cell Wall).&lt;br /&gt;Dinding sel tersusun dari dua lapis senyawa Selulosa, di antara kedua lapisan selulosa tadi terdapat rongga yang dinamakan Lamel Tengah (Middle Lamel) yang dapat terisi oleh zat-zat penguat seperti Lignin, Chitine, Pektin, Suberine dan lain-lain&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Selain itu pada dinding sel tumbuhan kadang-kadang terdapat celah yang disebut Noktah. Pada Noktah/Pit sering terdapat penjuluran Sitoplasma yang disebut Plasmodesma yang fungsinya hampir sama dengan fungsi saraf pada hewan.&lt;br /&gt;2. Sitoplasma dan Organel Sel&lt;br /&gt;Bagian yang cair dalam sel dinamakan Sitoplasma khusus untuk cairan yang berada dalam inti sel dinamakan Nukleoplasma), sedang bagian yang padat dan memiliki fungsi tertentu digunakan Organel Sel.&lt;br /&gt;Penyusun utama dari sitoplasma adalah air (90%), berfungsi sebagai pelarut zat-zat kimia serta sebagai media terjadinya reaksi kirnia sel.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Organel sel adalah benda-benda solid yang terdapat di dalam sitoplasma dan bersifat hidup(menjalankan fungsi-fungsi kehidupan).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Organel Sel tersebut antara lain :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;a. Retikulum Endoplasma (RE.)&lt;br /&gt;Yaitu struktur berbentuk benang-benang yang bermuara di inti sel.&lt;br /&gt;Dikenal dua jenis RE yaitu :&lt;br /&gt;• RE. Granuler (Rough E.R)&lt;br /&gt;• RE. Agranuler (Smooth E.R)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fungsi R.E. adalah : sebagai alat transportasi zat-zat di dalam sel itu sendiri. Struktur R.E. hanya dapat dilihat dengan mikroskop elektron.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;b. Ribosom (Ergastoplasma)&lt;br /&gt;Struktur ini berbentuk bulat terdiri dari dua partikel besar dan kecil, ada yang melekat sepanjang R.E. dan ada pula yang soliter. Ribosom merupakan organel sel terkecil yang tersuspensi di dalam sel.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fungsi dari ribosom adalah : tempat sintesis protein.&lt;br /&gt;Struktur ini hanya dapat dilihat dengan mikroskop elektron.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;c. Miitokondria (The Power House)&lt;br /&gt;Struktur berbentuk seperti cerutu ini mempunyai dua lapis membran.&lt;br /&gt;Lapisan dalamnya berlekuk-lekuk dan dinamakan Krista&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fungsi mitokondria adalah sebagai pusat respirasi seluler yang menghasilkan banyak ATP (energi) ; karena itu mitokondria diberi julukan "The Power House".&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;d. Lisosom&lt;br /&gt;Fungsi dari organel ini adalah sebagai penghasil dan penyimpan enzim pencernaan seluler. Salah satu enzi nnya itu bernama Lisozym.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;e. Badan Golgi (Apparatus Golgi = Diktiosom)&lt;br /&gt;Organel ini dihubungkan dengan fungsi ekskresi sel, dan struktur ini dapat dilihat dengan menggunakan mikroskop cahaya biasa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Organel ini banyak dijumpai pada organ tubuh yang melaksanakan fungsi ekskresi, misalnya ginjal.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;J. Sentrosom (Sentriol)&lt;br /&gt;Struktur berbentuk bintang yang berfungsi dalam pembelahan sel (Mitosis maupun Meiosis). Sentrosom bertindak sebagai benda kutub dalam mitosis dan meiosis.&lt;br /&gt;Struktur ini hanya dapat dilihat dengan menggunakan mikroskop elektron.&lt;br /&gt;g. Plastida&lt;br /&gt;Dapat dilihat dengan mikroskop cahaya biasa. Dikenal tiga jenis plastida yaitu :&lt;br /&gt;1. Lekoplas&lt;br /&gt;(plastida berwarna putih berfungsi sebagai penyimpan makanan),&lt;br /&gt;terdiri dari:&lt;br /&gt;• Amiloplas (untak menyimpan amilum) dan,&lt;br /&gt;• Elaioplas (Lipidoplas) (untukmenyimpan lemak/minyak).&lt;br /&gt;• Proteoplas (untuk menyimpan protein).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Kloroplas&lt;br /&gt;yaitu plastida berwarna hijau. Plastida ini berfungsi menghasilkan&lt;br /&gt;klorofil dan sebagai tempat berlangsungnya fotosintesis.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Kromoplas&lt;br /&gt;yaitu plastida yang mengandung pigmen, misalnya :&lt;br /&gt;• Karotin (kuning)&lt;br /&gt;• Fikodanin (biru)&lt;br /&gt;• Fikosantin (kuning)&lt;br /&gt;• Fikoeritrin (merah)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;h. Vakuola (RonggaSel)&lt;br /&gt;Beberapa ahli tidak memasukkan vakuola sebagai organel sel. Benda ini dapat dilihat dengan mikroskop cahaya biasa. Selaput pembatas antara vakuola dengan sitoplasma disebut Tonoplas&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vakuola berisi :&lt;br /&gt;• garam-garam organik&lt;br /&gt;• glikosida&lt;br /&gt;• tanin (zat penyamak)&lt;br /&gt;• minyak eteris (misalnya Jasmine pada melati, Roseine pada mawar&lt;br /&gt;Zingiberine pada jahe)&lt;br /&gt;• alkaloid (misalnya Kafein, Kinin, Nikotin, Likopersin dan lain-lain)&lt;br /&gt;• enzim&lt;br /&gt;• butir-butir pati&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pada boberapa spesies dikenal adanya vakuola kontraktil dan vaknola non kontraktil.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i. Mikrotubulus&lt;br /&gt;Berbentuk benang silindris, kaku, berfungsi untuk mempertahankan bentuk sel dan sebagai "rangka sel".&lt;br /&gt;Contoh organel ini antara lain benang-benang gelembung pembelahan Selain itu mikrotubulus berguna dalam pembentakan Sentriol, Flagela dan Silia.&lt;br /&gt;j. Mikrofilamen&lt;br /&gt;Seperti Mikrotubulus, tetapi lebih lembut. Terbentuk dari komponen utamanya yaitu protein aktin dan miosin (seperti pada otot). Mikrofilamen berperan dalam pergerakan sel.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;k. Peroksisom (Badan Mikro)&lt;br /&gt;Ukurannya sama seperti Lisosom. Organel ini senantiasa berasosiasi dengan organel lain, dan banyak mengandung enzim oksidase dan katalase (banyak disimpan dalam sel-sel hati).&lt;br /&gt;3. A dosimeter along with its reader is referred to as a dosimetry system.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Measurement of a dosimetric quantity is the process of finding the value of the quantity experimentally using dosimetry systems. The result of a measurement is the value of a dosimetric quantity expressed as the product of a numerical value and an appropriate unit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;To function as a radiation dosimeter, the dosimeter must possess at least one physical property that is a function of the measured dosimetric quantity and that can be used for radiation dosimetry with proper calibration. In order to be useful, radiation dosimeters must exhibit several desirable characteristics. For example, in radiotherapy exact knowledge of both the absorbed dose to water at a specified point and its spatial distribution are of importance, as well as the possibility of deriving the dose to an organ of interest in the patient. Diantaranya kegiatan perkuliahan dan penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Team (UMIEL dan ARUM) di Lab kesayangan, kembali dilanjutkan. P.Yudha memberikan pengarahan terhadap apa yang harus dilakukan oleh kedua anggota tim ini dalam langkah berikutnya pada penelitiannya. Salah satu anggota tim, masih enak-enakan dalam memperbaiki settingan proxy pada sebuah Notebook acer yang berada dalam gangguan speed browser.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Setelah cukup lama bergulat dengan berbagai macam larutan dan sejenis-satu jenis-tanaman penelitian tiba-tiba tim diguncang dengan keadaan kesehatan sodara umil yang drastis melorot. Apakah UmieL sebagai anggota tim telah termutasi? Jawabannya &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Jelas tidak&lt;/span&gt;. Karena tidak ada satupun gejala yang menunjukkan ketidak normalan. Hanya satu spesies yang sebenarnya termutasi -Jlimz-&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Spesies yang satu ini emang dari dulu udah termutasi. Bahkan dia jauh lebih sering menunjukkan ketidak normalannya. Jelas-jelas dia sudah SADAR dengan keadaan yang yang termutasi.....kwkwkwk..Semoga blog ini dapat meringankan sakit yang diderita oleh umil!!
